I asked for a refund the whole timeline got confusing. At first I thought it would be a few days, then I wasn’t sure if it had even been started, so I kept having to check in. Maybe I missed something, but it just felt like I was waiting around with no clear idea of when it would actually happen. Others might’ve had a smoother experience, but for me the refund speed was really disappointing and not a great first impression.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I checked a few parts on here thinking I might find a decent deal, but once I compared prices, everything was more expensive than other sites. It kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling, like it looked promising at first but didn’t really hold up. Not worth it for me, so I just ordered somewhere else.

I got charged twice, and somehow getting it fixed turned into a whole little adventure with the “Where Did My Refund Go?” department. The billing setup felt messy, unreliable, and way more complicated than it needed to be.

The return process has been a total headache. I thought it would be simple, but nope, now I’m still waiting for someone to actually help me. I’ve checked back a few times, and it’s just annoying because this should’ve been handled already. Anyway, not a great experience so far.

The whole experience just felt frustrating. I was trying to find the right part, but the filters didn’t seem very reliable, the pages were slow to load, and I ended up clicking around way more than I should’ve had to. Even the checkout process felt clunky instead of simple. After a while, it gave me the impression that the site wasn’t worth the hassle, so I gave up and bought elsewhere.

I tried to cancel my order not long after I placed it, but it felt like the request just sat there. By the time someone finally got back to me, they said it was already too late to cancel, which was frustrating.
Now I have to go through the whole return process instead, and that part was weird because I reached out quickly in the first place. It just didn’t feel like a very smooth or fair way to handle it.

I’ll admit I’m probably a little impatient with return policies, but this one really frustrated me. I couldn’t figure out how to start a return until it was already too late, and by then there wasn’t much I could do. Maybe other people would find it obvious, but I definitely didn’t, and it left a bad impression

What made it more frustrating is that I kept getting inconsistent answers about compatibility, so I thought I was good to order. Now I’m stuck dealing with the return process, which is annoying and a waste of time.

I went on newparts looking for genuine OEM parts, but a lot of what I needed was either out of stock or not clearly marked as actual OEM. It ended up feeling like a waste of time, honestly. If they don’t make it easier to find real OEM parts, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else next time.

This was just frustrating. The description clearly said it would fit my car, so I ordered it thinking it’d be a quick fix. Nope. The connector was completely different, so it was basically useless to me. I reached out to support, and they just kept pointing me back to the listing like that somehow solved the problem. Total waste of time

My order showed up later than expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much, at least from what I could tell. The part itself was fine, I think, but I had to follow up with support more than I feel like I should have. Overall, it just didn’t seem super reliable to me.

"Shipping Cost Was a Bit of a Surprise"
At first, the parts price seemed good, so I thought I was getting a decent deal. But then the shipping cost showed up at checkout, and I wasn’t really expecting it to be that much. I mean, I don’t mind paying for shipping, but I guess I wish it had been clearer earlier on so I knew the actual total before getting that far. The order itself was fine overall, but the surprise fee made the experience a little frustrating.

"I was just trying to order a…"
I was just trying to order a part, the checkout process kind of tested my patience. At first it was loading super slowly, and I’m sitting there thinking, okay, is this going through or what? Then my shipping info randomly disappeared, so I had to type everything in again, which was annoying. The payment did finally go through, but even then I wasn’t totally sure it worked right away. The prices were fine, no real complaints there, but the checkout itself was frustrating and took way longer than it should have.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order showed up in a really thin box with barely any padding, and the parts were just kind of rattling around inside. The box was also half crushed, so I was surprised nothing seemed completely broken. Maybe I just got unlucky, but that doesn’t seem like the kind of packaging you’d expect from newparts, right?
